How to eat healthily?
Healthy living has been the mantra for many in the 21 st century as there is rising issues like obesity, cancer and many other diet-related health issues. The health promotion board of Singapore has also tried to advocate healthy eating and even have initiatives on displaying an HPB logo on foods that are considered healthy (less sugar, less salt, less oil). They can be seen on products or even food stalls at hawker centres. When it comes to food, people often try to save as much money as possible. And eating healthily all the time isn’t exactly a cheap thing to do. In fact, for most places, eating healthy can be quite costly.
